Scientists tell us that flying in formation increases there flight range by 71%.
Air waves created each time a bird flaps its wings, provides up-lift for the nextOne in the formation supporting it and decreasing its work load and conserving its energy.
A Solo goose could never complete the trip but in formation the youngest , the oldest, and Even the weakest get there. In other words they do collectively what they never could do alone.

You need a good team behind you to get your business up and running , and like the geese we all need help from people how have travelled the road we are going down.
I am sure you heard the statement that a Wise man learns by his mistakes, I would like To add to that and say that a Genius learns through the mistakes of others.
